Otto Struve 82-inch Telescope Observing Opportunities!


      The University of Texas, McDonald Observatory and the W.L. Moody Visitor Information Center program staff offer monthly public viewing programs utilizing the historic 82-inch telescope. Each month, the Public Affairs Staff of McDonald Observatory conducts one or more three-hour special viewing programs for groups of 15 people. Viewing schedules for this one of a kind program are posted every four months on our web site. For reservations and other information call (915) 426-3640 daily, between 9AM-5PM Central Time. Personal checks as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted.
